　　移動式滾筒篩選金設備出口菲律賓，工作流程如下：原料通過工程車輛送入進料斗，首先篩分出較大不合格的物料，細料通過高壓水反沖均勻進入多鉸刀鏈條驅(qū)動式滾筒篩內(nèi)， 通過滾筒篩內(nèi)多條鉸刀把成團粘泥絞散，中央供水管道永遠朝向下部對物料進行充分沖洗將粘泥沖走，然后篩分為 6mm 以上與 6mm 以下兩種規(guī)格。其中 6mm 以上物料排入一條固定溜槽進行大顆粒礦物提取回收后，廢料排入廢料區(qū)域，回收率達到 90% 以上；
　　6mm 以下物料排入料箱內(nèi)通過一臺沙泵打入臥式全自動排礦離心機內(nèi)進行精選(沙泵供料能夠保證進料濃度在 30%以下，并 且對物料進行二次清洗，極大提高回收率)，小于 6mm 以下的礦物會在臥式自動排放離心機通過 PLC 電腦控制下自動排入精料 箱內(nèi)，廢料自動排出到廢料區(qū)域。

The material ≤6mm into horizontal automatic centrifuge concentrator by one set 4inch sand pump which can control the concentration below 30% and also the 2nd washing to mineral efficiently,finally the concentrate automatic discharged and scrap getting
rid into scrap pool.
